making music

Here in rang a 3 we have begun to play the accordian. D is the 3rd button in the inside. R is the 4th button in the inside. M is the 5th button on the outside.We love playing the accordian. We love playing hot cross buns on it. We play it with Mr.O'Shea in our class, or if it's raining we play it in the hall. We love the accordian. by Niamh and ben.

Making a point

We did art today.We did not use the top of the brush, we used the bottom.We drew easy stuff to start off. Then we did dots all around .T he persons name was Seurat. The name of the art we did is called Pointillism. It is really nice art.

Periscope 7-10-08

Today Mr Tierney and Hassan made a periscope. It was quite fun. Periscope's are used in the armies . They are used on submarines to see above the water. They made it with two mirrors and a cylinder made of carboard. We looked through it and it looked like there was another hole on the other side of the bottom,but what we were seeing was over our heads.We were lifting a crayon and we saw it and John got a fright. Everybody got to see the periscope and Matthew got a fright too. It was cool to look out it.
